Baby Qayyum pagi ni

Pagi ni Qayyum sangat ceria sbb malam tadi tidur lena. Pagi ni qayyum tak hantar abang-abang ke sekolah kerana abang2nya masih demam. Malam tadi pergi klinik kali ke 2 dan doktor bagi antibiotik. Suhu Nashrul malam tadi 38  darjah celcius setelah hampir seminggu demam. Syukur alhamdulillah awal tahun ni klinik pakar kanak-kanak Nilai telah mula dibuka di Bandar Baru Nilai. Tak perlu dah kami ke Hospital An Nur kat Bangi. Pagi ni si kembar sangat mengantuk mungkin kesan makan ubat batuk huhu. Semoga Allah sembuhkan anak2 ummi ameen.

Helping your 6-year-old lose weight can be challenging, but changing lifestyle habits at an early age will help him maintain healthy habits as he grows older. To help him lose weight, set a good example, teach healthy eating habits and increase his level of physical activity. Improving his physical and mental health early in life will make him an overall healthier person in the future.

Step 1

Commit to practicing what you preach when you start to teach your kids about living a healthy lifestyle. If she sees you setting a good example, chances are, she will follow in your footsteps.

Step 2

Eat smaller portions when you eat meals as a family. Do not feel the need to fill his plate with food. If he eats healthy, nutrient-rich foods, he will have adequate nutrition to grow and develop.

Step 3

Eat healthy foods at home. Cook and provide meals that offer a variety of fruits, vegetables, legumes, complex carbohydrates, lean meats and low-fat dairy products. Introducing healthy foods to your child while she is young will allow her to develop a preference for these types of foods. Use healthy seasonings or low-fat sauces or dips to help your child enjoy the flavors of healthy foods if she does not like the taste.

 

Step 4

Avoid high calorie foods such as candy, cookies and chips. Allowing your child to eat too many calories will result in weight gain and difficulty with weight loss. Because a pound of fat contains 3,500 calories, reduce his intake of calories to lose fat. Replace high-calorie snacks with fruits, vegetables or other low-calorie alternatives. Each snack should be no more than 100 calories. Reducing the amount of high-calorie foods he eats is an easy way to help him lose or maintain his weight. 
 

Step 5

Allow your child to perform at least one hour of physical activity per day. Physical activity can be structured exercises such as, walking, jogging, running or biking. However, free play, organized sports and motion-dependent video games are also acceptable. Participate in physical activities with her as often as possible.

Petrosains Klcc

Kami ke Petrosains Klcc pada hari Sabtu lepas. Sangat meletihkan sampai ummi demam. Esoknya surrender telan panadol 2 biji. Nampaknya anak2 ummi suka ke Petrosains. Di sana banyak yang mereka terokai tentang dunia sains. Gambar yang ummi ambil tak banyak tapi yang ummi rasa part yg anak2 ummi suka masa naik kereta sekilas masa dan stimulator roller coaster. Tapi bahagian luarnya macam helikopter. Pergi masa cuti orang memang sangat ramai termasuk warga asing.

Rindu

Rindunya kat anak saudara ummi di Cardiff. Yang sulung dah masuk high school. Mungkin dua tahun lagi baru boleh jumpa andai panjang umur. Di Cardiff mereka belajar al-Quran dengan orang Pakistan

Mujahid

Dua hari lepas, lahirlah Umar Mujahid. Umar Mujahid merupakan cucu yang ke 16 dalam keluarga besar ummi. Semoga Umar menjadi anak yang soleh.

Eczema lagi

Ummi sekarang dok study pasal eczema je ngeeeee. Huhu eczema Qayyum sangat2 teruk naik satu badan. Tapi alhamdulillah sejak ummi consume The mother's secret, nampak ada sikit perubahan. Ummi nak berkongsi mana tahu bermanfaat untuk mommies lain yang juga ada anak eczema. Dalam The Mother's secret tu mengandungi manna@gam arab. Eczema lama tu nampak kering. Tapi sehari dua ni bintik2 merah naik di kawasan baru yang belum pernah naik. Sabun mandi ummi tukar daripada moogoo kpada cetaphil. Ummi langsung tak aware moogoo punya mandian ada susu padahal kat botol dah tulis milk wash. Qayyum alah pada susu lembu. Ummi memang tak berani dah minum susu lembu, dalam the mother's secret tu ada susu kambing, so far ok pada qayyum. Syampoo guna sebamed. Sebamed ni dah lama beli masa qayyum ada craddle cap. Sekarang dah takde cuma ada kerak sikit2, syampoo guna jarang2. Tak boleh kerap sebab kulit qayyum sangat kering. Ada satu lagi yang ummi dengar dah dari dua pengguna untuk merawat kulit iaitu minyak kelapa dara. Nak cuba mana tahu kot2 serasi dengan qayyum. Dah tiga jenis krim moogoo ummi guna tapi tak berapa berkesan pada qayyum. Yang tak tahan bila dia asyik menggaru tu huhu kesian tengok. Semoga Allah sembuhkan anak ummi.

Ujian anak eczema

Pagi ni qayyum sangat gatal pipinya. Dia menggaru-garu dan berair. Padahal semalam dah kering. Eczema memang tak dapat disembuhkan melalui  pembacaan ummi. Tapi ia boleh dikurangkan dengan menjauhkan dari bahan yang boleh trigger eczema. Qayyum pernah garu pipi dan lengannya sampai berdarah. Abang kembarnya dulu tidak mengalami eczema. Inilah kali pertama ummi menghadapi anak eczema. Seperti parents lain yang ummi baca kisah mereka yang mempunyai anak eczema, duit banyak habis sebab dok membeli macam2. Beli sabun berjenis2, krim sapu mcm2 jenis. Ubat tahan gatal berjenis2. Yang menjadi berjenis2 tu sebab bila tak sesuai dengan kulit baby, kita pun try n error beli produk baru. Setakat ini ummi belum bawa qayyum jumpa doktor pakar kulit sebab ummi rasa doktor mesti bagi topical steroid. Big no no to it!  Ummi rasa untuk usaha seterusnya ummi nak beli manna@arabic gum which is naturally rich in prebiotics.
